What is Sand Tray Therapy
According to Theresa A. Kestly, Ph.D , founder of Sand Tray Training Institute of New Mexico, Sand Tray Therapy is a dynamic process in which clients use miniature figurines and trays of sand to create miniaturized versions of their worldviews.
This process will provide a safe container in which the tray builder is free to explore and create what needs expression.
